We or our partners will buy your house directly from you. You won't need to list your home and pay a real estate commission that could cost you $15,000, $25,000, $35,000, or more. Disclosure: Our company is owned by a licensed real estate agent. But we want to buy your house, not list it. Save the commission.
TIP: Real estate commission are negotiable. But we take it one step further: No real estate commissions!
Sell In As-Is Condition
Don't worry about repairs.
Most houses need some repairs. Real estate agents will tell you that you need to spend tens of thousands of dollars to fix your house up. That's because most buyers want houses in perfect condition. We don't. We'll handle the fix-up.
TIP: Rehabbers often know the higher-quality, lower-cost professionals contractors. So it might cost thousands less for them to fix up a property, letting them make higher offers even on properties needing major fix-ups.
